Shipping

Each item is handmade to order and ships from our warehouse in Richfield, UT.

Please allow 10-14 days for your order to be made, packaged, processed and shipped. Processing times may be slower during peak holiday times and sales.

You will receive tracking information to the email you supplied at checkout when your order has been shipped.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item. Please send an email to customercare@twelvetimbers.com with subject RETURN to get the process started.
